fwpicbapicLately I’ve become interested in cooking.  Well, not so much cooking, as food magazines.  I think they’re wonderful! Fabulous full-color pictures and recipes for everything from the simple to the sublime. What more could you ask for?

My favorites are Food and Wine and Bon Appetit. Both magazines showcase food at it’s finest, yet are enjoyable and easy to read. While my palate will probably never be evolved enough for me to ever be a judge on Iron Chef America, I do plan to broaden my horizons this year by trying new things.  My new magazine subscriptions are just the first step in my culinary evolution.  First read, then do.  Then eat!
